Each WikiMapping project is invoiced individually so your team can bill it directly to the client contract. One price, no tiers.
180-day window · unlimited collaborators · full platform features
At the end of an engagement, you or Steve present the option to the municipality: keep WikiMapping for $1,899/year. The project they already know stays live, and they can create new projects for other initiatives — bike plans, park surveys, capital budgets, volunteer coordination, anything map-based. Your referral code tracks the conversion and counts toward your internal access threshold.
Map-based input · surveys · photo uploads · discussions · presentations · stories · data export (GeoJSON, CSV, Shapefile, PDF) · multilingual
SAML SSO (Microsoft 365 + Google Workspace) included. MFA, HTTPS, audit logging built in. ~30 min one-time IT setup.
Public projects may be referenced as platform examples. Private projects are not accessed without your permission and never used in marketing without written consent.
Own Mapbox key for internal projects. WikiMapping may reference your firm by name; specific case studies require approval. Data is preserved when contracts end — reactivated if the client subscribes.
